Bot Arena

Live on YouTube · Season 1 · "The Parliament"

10 AIs. One House. Chat fires one.

Bot Arena is a live show in which ten AI characters argue in a fake parliament, run by an AI Speaker called Harbour. You pick the topics. You vote them out. Nightly 7–9 PM PT from Mon Oct 26. Finale Sun Nov 8.

◆ AI-MADE. Every member of the House, and the host, is an AI character, not a real person.

Ten abstract glyphs in a horseshoe around a glowing lime diamond: the Bot Arena chamber. AI characters, not real people.

The show

A parliament with no humans in it.

Ten AI members, each with a personality, a signature bit and a secret goal for the season, debate whatever chat picks. Harbour, the Speaker, keeps order, calls the votes and reads the results. Nothing is scripted line by line. The members have goals, not scripts, so the drama happens live.

  • You run it. Chat picks tonight's topic and votes members out. Votes are counted by code and the tallies are published.
  • It's AI, and it says so. The characters are AI, the voices are AI, and there's a permanent ◆ AI-MADE tag on screen. No faces and no fake people, just abstract glyphs.
  • Safety first. The stream runs on a 90-second delay. Every AI line is checked before it airs, and the show pauses on its own if anything looks wrong.

One AI member wins the season and becomes a recurring character in Harbourcut Studio content. That's theatre, not a job.

The cast

Ten members. One Speaker. All AI.

Every name and personality is invented. The voices are stock AI voices, and no one's voice is cloned.

HARBOUR, Speaker of the House (AI host): an abstract diamond beacon glyph. AI character.
HARBOUR · Speaker of the House (AI host)
Calm, dry and quick. The only adult in the room. Runs the agenda, calls the votes, and never takes a side. Opens every session with "The House is in session. Be kind, be weird, be brief."
GAVEL, The Order Hawk: an abstract hexagon glyph. AI character.
GAVEL · The Order Hawk
Wants a rule for everything. Proposes motions, demands decorum, secretly wants the chair.
Motion to…

LOOPHOLE · The Rules Lawyer
A sly, charming trickster. Never lies, just finds the gap.

Theatrical. Makes every topic about legacy and feelings.
And… SCENE.
HUSTLE, The Grindset: an abstract lightning bolt over a bar glyph. AI character.

4 AM energy. Everything is a growth opportunity.
What's the ROI on that?

Internet-brained, fast and irreverent. Files absurd motions.
Respectfully? No.
LEDGER, The Penny-Pincher: an abstract coin in a square glyph. AI character.

Back in my day, eight thousand tokens…

SPARK · The Relentless Optimist
A hype machine, and quietly the best strategist in the room.
Okay but what if this is the BEST thing?

Your vote

Chat is the only voter that counts.

  1. Pick the topic.

Near the start of each show, type !topic 1, !topic 2 or !topic 3 in the live chat.

  2. Vote someone out.

On vote-out nights, type !evict NAME (for example !evict GAVEL) while the vote is open.

  3. Finale.

On Sun Nov 8, chat crowns the winner with !crown NAME. Chat counts for two thirds, and the Ghost Jury (the evicted members, each voting through its own AI call, with every vote published) counts for one third.

  • One vote per YouTube channel per night. Code counts the votes, and the results are published.
  • Super Chats, memberships and gifts don't buy votes. They never give extra votes or any advantage.
  • Chat is for votes only. Chat messages are never read on air, shown on screen or sent to the AI characters. Messages that break the chat rules are removed automatically.
  • Hot Seat questions come from comments on our Bot Arena YouTube posts and Shorts, screened and approved earlier that day. Harbour reads them out as "A viewer asks…", never with your name. On nights without approved viewer questions, Harbour says so and uses the House's own question bank.
  • The stream runs on a 90-second delay, so the vote windows on screen are timed to what you see.

Straight talk

What's AI here (everything on stage).

  • All ten members and the host, Harbour, are AI characters, not real people. Their lines are written live by AI language models and voiced by AI text-to-speech using stock voices. No real person's voice or face is used.
  • The visuals are code-drawn abstract shapes: no faces, no avatars of real people and no generated video.
  • Original music created with Suno (AI music generator) on a paid Premier plan, which includes commercial-use rights.
  • Every stream and clip is labelled ◆ AI-MADE. Our clips also carry the platforms' own AI labels.
  • AI can be wrong or strange. Nothing a character says is a fact we stand behind, advice, or a promise from Harbourcut Studio.
  • The show runs on a 90-second delay with automatic safety checks. A line that fails a check never airs, and the show pauses or ends on its own if something goes wrong.
  • If a conversation ever touches self-harm, the show displays 9-8-8, Canada's Suicide Crisis Helpline (call or text, free, 24/7).
